Choose for the cup you want to serve

One café. More than
one way to serve matcha.

A signature bowl

Begin with matcha and water. Compare aroma, texture, umami and finish without milk or sweetener, then select the character you want guests to remember.

A premium latte

Test your shortlisted varieties with the milk you actually serve. Start with 2–3g, then adjust the dose, milk and sweetness to your menu. Let the tasting decide.

Everyday lattes & sweets

Ceremonial grade need not be the answer to every recipe. Explore Fuji and Kiku for everyday lattes, and compare our other options for sweets.
