HOW TO ORDER BULK MATCHA WITH REPACKING

These instructions apply to bulk matcha orders of 1 kg or more per matcha variety.

ORDERING 20 G, 30 G, 50 G, OR 100 G TRIAL SIZES?

Please order these sizes directly through our website. You do not need to follow the bulk-order steps below or add separate packaging and repacking fees.

In-stock items will be shipped first. Temporarily out-of-stock items may be sent separately at a later date at no additional shipping cost.

STEP 1: PURCHASE YOUR BULK MATCHA

Choose your desired matcha from our Bulk & Wholesale Collection and add it to your cart.

Minimum order quantity: 1 kg per matcha variety.

STEP 2: ADD YOUR PACKAGING

Visit our Packaging Options , select the appropriate pouch, and add one pouch for every finished pack you would like us to prepare.

Example: If you would like 10 finished pouches, add 10 pouches to your cart.

STEP 3: ADD THE REPACKING FEE

Visit the Repacking Fee page, select the applicable repacking option, and add one repacking fee for every finished pouch.

Example: If you would like your matcha divided into 10 pouches, add 10 units of the applicable repacking fee.

STEP 4: ENTER YOUR REPACKING INSTRUCTIONS

In your cart, use the “Order special instructions” box to tell us exactly how you would like each matcha to be divided.

Please make sure the total quantity in your instructions matches the total amount of bulk matcha purchased.

If you are ordering more than one type of matcha, please provide separate instructions for each variety.

STEP 5: REVIEW YOUR CART AND CHECK OUT
