How to brew the leaves

Leaves	Water	Temperature	First steep
5g	200ml / 6.8 fl oz	90°C / 194°F	30–60 seconds

This is a suggested starting point. Follow any directions on your package when they differ, and adjust the next brew to your taste.

Place the leaves in a teapot or roomy infuser.
Add hot water and steep for the suggested time.
Strain into your cup and drain completely. For a stronger cup, try more leaves on your next brew.

At 5g per first brew, a 100g pack gives approximately 20 pots. You can try another short infusion and adjust to taste.
