What exactly will arrive?
The eligible item is 1kg of the selected matcha in plain silver aluminum bulk packaging. This is not the branded 100g × 10-bag product. Serving images are illustrative; bowls, whisks and drinks are not included. Custom repacking is a separate service and is not included in the promotion.
How do I receive the 30% discount?
Choose the 1kg size on the TEN or SAKURA Bulk & Wholesale listing and add it to your cart during the campaign. No discount code is needed. The offer applies to either eligible variety individually, or both. Smaller sizes, 10kg, 20kg, other products and 100g × 10 branded-pouch products are excluded. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.
What about shipping, import costs and timing?

How should I handle a 1kg pouch?
Keep matcha away from heat, light, humidity and strong odors. Reseal carefully after each use; refrigerate after opening as directed on the product page. Let a refrigerated pouch reach room temperature while still sealed before opening, to help avoid condensation. Work with small quantities rather than repeatedly exposing the entire pouch during service.
Can I taste before choosing a kilogram?
Yes. Explore the Ceremonial Trial Set or the smaller sizes on each product page. Those sizes are not included in this campaign. A sample order does not reserve the promotional price beyond the campaign deadline.
