Sweet Matcha (Lime) combines first-harvest Yame matcha from Fukuoka, Japan, with granulated sugar. Its moderate sweetness makes it easy to enjoy in hot or cold drinks and to use in confectionery, baking and cooking.

Made with only Yame matcha and granulated sugar, it contains no preservatives, artificial sweeteners, added flavors or coloring agents. This is a sweetened matcha product.

How to enjoy

Mix with hot water, cold water or milk. For a simple sweet matcha drink, add milk to a spoonful of the powder.

For baking and desserts

Use in chiffon cakes, pancakes, muffins, Bavarian cream, panna cotta, donuts, mousse, smoothies, tiramisu, cookies, yokan, crepes, cakes and other recipes. The powder already contains sugar.
