Shipping Information

United States
Orders to the United States are primarily shipped via DHL due to current Japan Post limitations.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout, and tracking information will be provided after shipment.

Other Countries
For packages under 2 kg, we ship via Japan Post Small Packet (Air).
Estimated delivery times are approximately 1–2 weeks for neighboring Asian countries and 2–3 weeks for Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.
For packages over 2 kg, we use Japan Post EMS or DHL.

Trial sizes (20g / 30g / 50g / 100g) are available for purchase through our website.

Bulk Wholesale OEM Orders

To ensure freshness, tea leaves are secured and ground only after payment is confirmed.
For this reason, we are unable to accept changes or refunds once an order has been finalized.

OEM / Repacking (Small Packaging)

We accept repacking requests (20g, 30g, 50g, 100g) for bulk orders starting from 1 kg or more.

How to Place an Order with Repacking

Step 1: Add bulk matcha (minimum 1 kg) to your cart.
Step 2: Add the required number of pouches from the Packaging Options page.
Step 3: Add the repacking fee based on the number of packs requested.
Step 4: In the “Order special instructions” box, specify how you would like the matcha repacked


(Example: 30g × 10 packs / 100g × 5 packs + 1kg × 2 packs).
Step 5: Proceed to checkout after confirming all items.

Repacking Fees

  • 20 kg bag into 1 kg bags: ¥500 per bag

  • Into 100 g bags: ¥100 per bag

  • Into bags under 100 g: ¥50 per bag

For large orders (10 kg or 20 kg), additional grinding time may be required. We recommend placing such orders in advance.

Product & Store Information

We do not offer matcha in tins at this time.
Mukoh Matcha operates exclusively online and does not have a physical retail store.
We do not accept in-person visits to our office or factory.
