For packages under 2 kg, we ship via Japan Post’s Small Packet service (air).

  • Neighboring countries (e.g., Asia): approx. 1–2 weeks

  • Europe, North America, Middle East, and Latin America: approx. 2–3 weeks

For packages over 2 kg, we use Japan Post’s EMS or DHL.

If you have any messages, please leave them when placing your order.

To ensure we always deliver fresh matcha, we begin securing and grinding tea leaves specifically for your order only after it has been confirmed (payment completed).
Therefore, please understand that we are unable to accept any changes or refunds after the order has been finalized.

1. Do you offer free samples?

We do not offer free samples. A 20g ~ 100g trial pack can be purchased through our Bulk & Wholesale page.

2. Can you provide OEM (custom packaging) services?

Regarding like 20g, 30g, 50g, and 100g small packaging, we accept orders starting from 1kg or more. 

How to Place Your Order with Repacking

Step 1: Purchase Bulk Matcha (1 kg or more)
First, please add your desired bulk matcha (minimum 1 kg) to your cart from our product collection.

Step 2: Choose Your Packaging
Next, please visit the following page and purchase the exact number of pouches you require:

(Example: If you need 10 pouches, please add 10 units to your cart.)

Step 3: Add Repacking Fee
Then, please visit the following page and purchase the repacking fee according to the number of packs you would like us to prepare:

(Example: If you would like us to repack into 10 small bags, please add 10 units of the repacking fee to your cart.)

Step 4: Write Detailed Instructions
When you go to your cart, please use the “Order special instructions” box to tell us how you would like your tea repacked.
(Example: “30 g × 10 packs” or “100 g × 5 packs + 1 kg × 2 packs”)

Step 5: Complete Your Order
Once you have added the bulk matcha, the packaging, and the repacking fee (according to your required quantity), and written your special instructions, please proceed to checkout.

[Repacking Fee]
If you order over 1kg and request repacking, the following fees will be applied:

  • 20kg bag Into 1kg bags: ¥500 per bag

  • Into 100g bags: ¥100 per bag

  • Into bags under 100g: ¥50 per bag

3. How is shipping calculated?

Shipping fees are automatically calculated in your cart during checkout.

4. Do you offer matcha in tins?

Sorry, currently we do not offer tins.

For packages under 2 kg, we ship via Japan Post’s Small Packet service (air).

For larger orders (10kg or 20kg), additional time may be required for grinding. We recommend placing such orders well in advance.

7. Do you have a physical store?

No, we operate entirely online and do not have a physical retail location.

8. Can I visit your company or factory?

As part of our company policy, we do not accept any in-person visits to our office or factory.
