Description
Pearl Jam (Chocolate & Banana) is a granular chocolate and banana–flavored jam designed for baking applications. When mixed into dough and baked, the granules melt and transform into a jam-like texture, making it an ideal accent for breads and sweets.
It adds both visual appeal and a rich chocolate-banana flavor to baked goods.

Usage Notes
- When kneading into bread or cake dough, be sure to mix the pearl jam into the inside of the dough so that it does not appear on the surface. If exposed on the surface, it may not melt properly and will not become jam-like.
- For steamed breads, use it as a topping so that it appears on the surface. The steam allows the granules to melt evenly, resulting in a glossy finish and vibrant color.
- Please note that pearl jam may not melt properly in low-moisture baked goods such as cookies or scones.
