What arrives in your order?

This bulk and wholesale listing supplies matcha in plain silver aluminum packaging. Branded pouches in variety or serving images identify the matcha; they are not the packaging supplied by this listing. Bowls, whisks and prepared drinks are not included.

Does natural sweetness mean added sugar?
No. These tasting notes describe the tea itself. The ingredient is pure matcha, with no added sugar.

A starting recipe for your tasting
  1. Sift 2g of matcha into a bowl.
  2. Add 60–70ml of water at 70–80°C (158–176°F).
  3. Whisk briskly in a W motion until a fine foam forms.

Taste with water first. For a latte trial, whisk 2–3g with a little warm water, then add your preferred milk and adjust to your recipe.

Freshness & storage

Keep away from heat, humidity and direct sunlight. After opening, seal tightly and refrigerate. Let a refrigerated, sealed pouch reach room temperature before opening to reduce condensation. For café service, keep the working quantity small and the remaining stock sealed.
