For packages under 2 kg, we ship via Japan Post’s Small Packet service (air).

Neighboring countries (e.g., Asia): approx. 1–2 weeks

Europe, North America, Middle East, and Latin America: approx. 2–3 weeks
For packages over 2 kg, we use Japan Post’s EMS, which takes approximately 10 days.
However, for shipments to the Philippines and Canada over 2 kg, we ship via DHL.
If you are in another country and would prefer DHL instead of Japan Post’s EMS for packages over 2 kg, please let us know at the time of placing your order using the method indicated below.

1. Do you offer free samples?
We do not offer free samples. A 20g trial pack can be purchased through our Bulk & Wholesale page.
2. Can you provide OEM (custom packaging) services?
Regarding like 20g, 30g, 50g, and 100g small packaging, we accept orders starting from 1kg or more. We offer both free and paid packaging options, so please feel free to contact us by email at contact@mukohmatcha.com, or via Instagram or Facebook messages. Our team will get back to you.
We offer free repacking service for purchases of 1 kg or more. Please enter any instructions or comments for your order here.↓
3. How is shipping calculated?
Shipping fees are automatically calculated in your cart during checkout.
※ We also have a contract with DHL. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply. If you wish to use this option, kindly let us know at the time of placing your order.
4. Do you offer matcha in tins?
Sorry, currently we do not offer tins.
5. Which shipping company do you use?
Most of all orders are shipped via Japan Post. Once your package reaches your country, it will be handled by your local postal or delivery service. A tracking number will be sent by email once your package is dispatched. If you have a preferred shipping company, please let us know.

6. How long does shipping take?
If the item is in stock, it will ship within 2 to 3 business days.

For larger orders (10kg or 20kg), additional time may be required for grinding. We recommend placing such orders well in advance.
7. Do you have a physical store?
No, we operate entirely online and do not have a physical retail location.
8. Can I visit your company or factory?
While we are honored by such interest, we are a small team and unfortunately cannot accommodate in-person visits at this time. We appreciate your understanding.
9. Can I contact you by phone or video call (e.g., Zoom)?
We are sorry, but we do not offer support via phone or online video calls. All communication is handled by email or Instagram, Facebook message.
