Product Description
Palatinite Granules are a specialty sugar designed specifically for candy art and sugar decorations.
With low hygroscopicity and high heat stability, this sugar is less sticky than regular sugar and resists browning even when heated, making it ideal for delicate decorative work.
When melted, it produces a clear, glossy finish with minimal coloration, allowing for clean shapes, transparent effects, and precise coloring. These properties make it a preferred choice for pulled sugar, poured sugar, and decorative candy elements.
Selected by Mukoh Matcha for professional and advanced home confectionery use, this sugar supports creativity where precision and appearance matter most.
