When mixed into bread or pastry dough and baked, this product melts and transforms into small, pearl-shaped strawberry jam pieces within the dough.
Heat is required before consumption.

Heat for at least 10 minutes before consumption.

If the pearls remain on the surface of the dough during baking, they may not melt properly. Be sure to mix them into the dough, not on the surface.

If used in doughs with low moisture content, the pearls may not melt fully.
How to Use
Mix into bread or pastry dough and bake. The pearls absorb moisture from the dough and turn into a jam-like texture.
Recommended usage:
20–25% relative to flour weight
(e.g., 20–25 g per 100 g of flour)
Bread Dough (Hand Kneading)
Add the pearls to the dough during the final 1–2 minutes of mixing.
For steamed bread only, they may be used as a surface topping.
Bread Dough (Home Bread Maker)
If the pearls become trapped in the kneading blade, it may cause damage or malfunction.
After the second mixing cycle, remove the dough and knead the pearls by hand into the dough, ensuring they do not remain on the surface.
Pastry Dough
Mix the pearls into the dough for cookies, muffins, pound cakes, and similar baked goods.
